Terrence and the USA Red team finished second in the Penn Relays 4x100m race. He, along with teammates Mark Jelks, Ivory Williams, and Mike Rodgers finished with a time of 38.36.
Team USA Blue finished first in the race with a time of 37.92 to break the previous Penn Relays record of 38.03.
American sprinters won four out of six races billed as "The U.S. vs. The World" at the Penn Relays on Saturday, beating rival Jamaica to win both the men's and women's 400- and 1,600-meter relays.
